My new HTPC need help

After running Media Portal on my normal PC for a year I decided to make a HTCP.

I already bought a black Silverstone case the LC11 (just love the black one)

But I still need everything else:

- Micro ATX motherboard
- Hard drive (I will buy 400 or 500 GB but need suggestions about specs and should I buy 1 big one or 2/3 smaller ones?)
- DVD drive
- Power
- Memory (will I need 1GB or will 512 be ok for smooth running?)
- Videocard
- TV card
- Cooling
- Anything else?

I want to spend up to 400 euro (would prefer less) and will buy online (maybe second hand) to reduce sosts.

Wat I want with it:
- Smooth playback with DVD rips and DVD
- Smooth internetradio and streams
- Quiet (will place it under TV screen)
- General MP use (photo, video, music and web)
- Future use in local network (with my work PC)
- Future expansion to another TV in bedroom

Who can help me to decide what to buy, I don't need a extreme machine, just smooth and quiet with all the trimmings....

A AM2-based nForce 430 mobo w/6150 gfx onboard gfx (DX9 and PureVideo support) and a AMD64 energy eff. (EE) + 1GB DDR2 (667 MHz) would be my recommandation... lots of setups like this in var. threads.... try searching.

Well thanks for the tips, This is the stuff I bought:

CPU: AMD Athlon64 3200+
Mainboard: ASRock ALive NF4G-DVI AM2
RAM: 1GB: 2x 512Mb DDR2 667MHz
HDD: 320GB SATA2 8mb, Seagate
Video: Integrated NV44 graphics DX9.0
Cooling: St. AMD Athlon64 cooler

Total is 420 euro, not too bad I think and the case will arrive this week (hopefully).
Will post on the results!

Well... I'd rather go for the 430/6150 mobo - but it is more expensive....
