Gallery visualization while listening to music?

Is there a plugin or visualization available that will rotate through .jpg (or other format) files in the music directory? I'm thinking of something along the lines of that slick Mac screensaver that cycles through random pics in a folder, kinda zooming in on them and panning. I primarily use vis as a screensaver since I get image retention (IR) on my plasma display if I leave Monochrome up there with all the tracks listed.

Is there anything like this? If not, any ideas on how I can get started making one?

See, I'm a music photographer and I'd much rather see live shots of the band performing as the music plays (as opposed to MilkDrop or other vis). It'd be cool to have a vis rotate through 5 or so live shots in the album folder (perhaps including folder.jpg).

there should be some vis available.
i know that there was a Sonique Vis, i forgot the name and can't find it anymore. This was rotating through a directory showing jpg pictureS:

There's also Beatharness, which has a Winamp Plugin. you need to test if it works fiond with MP.
I've tried it a while ago and it was working ok.

make this avaiable in my VisPlugin .. takes a while

change the entry visplugin for Coverart on winamp plugin site
search for Coverflow 4th
