Small changes the DisplayHandler.cs to reset the scroll counter when a line changed

Hi. Hi Joe.

I have made a small modification to the external display plugin. Because I often get confused by the display content when I try to navigate through MP without switching on my TV on.
The problem was that the plugin does not reset the scroll counter when the content of a line was changed.

Please find attached the modified DisplayHandler.cs.

Hey.... I just noticed that my changes have found there way into the SVN... And I've guessed that nobody was interested in this changes

Thx to rtv for spending the time to integrate it.

... One file less to replace after each time I update my productive MP
