Audio: Simple, but it's SOOO sweet!

currently there is only one thing I really need to see improved in MediaPortal. The soundadjuster is crap. As it is now, it adjust the volume of most other programs, not only mediaportal. If you take a look at the Volume Controls in windows, you will see that it adjusts the Digital sound(Don't know what it is called in english but it should be something like that). This is very annoying since if I lower the Media Portal volume to very low, and want to listen to music in winamp afterwards or something, the volume there is also very low, even if I put the winamp volume to max. So i have to open volume controls and slide the Digital Sound to upwards. I always leave it at full, and then adjust the volume in winamp to what I want. I think meda Portal should have it's own volume-thing, like winamp and windows media player and others, so that it doesn't adjust the digital-sound-thing in windows.

It's called "Wave" and can be switched to the "Master volume" in the config section.

(High Fidelity users won't set it higher than 75% though)

yes, I know about that, and that doesn't solve the problem at all... With it set to master volume it controls the sound for every program, which is even worse... I want it to control media portal ONLY!

If you ONLY want to control the volume of MP use Wave in the setup.

Like I said, that still controls the Digital Sound, and since winamp and most other programs can't adjust the volume any higher than the digital sound-volume level. Media Portal should have it's own wave, like winamp and windows media player. The same problem can be found in some versions of PowerDVD too, since it also adjusts the Digital Sound-volume.
