Summary:
Add a spacing property for reflections.

Description:
If you for e.g. want to make a look-alike plastic CD cover holder for the filmstrip view, you cannot tell mp to start the album coverart reflection below the bottom plastic CD border. What if you as a skinner could tell MP to start the reflection 5px below the original image... what a great feature this would be...

Example:
<texture flipY="true" diffuse="Thumb_Mask.png" spacing="5px">picture.png</texture>

Margin (margin-top) is what it's called in CSS.
