Default Change brightness and contrast

When will the change brightness and contrast in the osd for dvd work???

it is not so easy too change when the movie is not displayed as it is now when u have too go out of mp and in too the setup.

And a second question

Why is not ffdshow listed in movieplayer -> video codec list??
and only in audio list.

Best regards

Mr.White
