Change screen resolution on MP startup

As title, i think others including myself would like the option to change screen res on MP startup.

Ideally i would like MP to start up with a box listing a selection of resolutions that i can pick one using my mce remote.

This would be great as i wouldn't have to fiddle with the keyboard or mouse depending on whether i want to display on monitor or tv.
