Deinterlace

In the forum I have read that JohnAd, DScaler development guru, has joined the MP development team. Are we going to see an integrated deinterlacer that makes MP the platform of choice for daily TV? Maybe I am missing something, and there is an easy way to get a deinterlacer applied? :wink:

the de-interlacer is allready applied.

but you can also set it by some reg tweaks.
Just as with the original wintv application.

@MrMario64 - this leaves me somehow confused: should deinterlace already be integrated in 0.0.0.13? It can be activated using tweaks in the registry? I haven't seen any documentation, so I would need some hints...

wait for our next version.
it will look @ your system and select the best de-interlacer for your system.

Will it automatically detect whether MP is output on a TV or PC monitor and apply the best settings?
