DVB support with dvbcore library

Hi,
the dvbcore library supports pretty much all DVB s/c/t cards and can be used by GPL applications (commercial applications need a license). There is however no documentation and support for the API. There are two Delphi open source applications WinSTB and ezDVB using dvbcore which might help to understand how to use the API. The dvbcore SDK comes with a C header so managed extensions instead of P/Invoke would also be possible.

it seems WinSTB no longer uses dvbcore, there is however ezDVB, it's outdated but it's better than nothing
