Episode Management: Record in this timeslot

I would like to record CSI every Wednesday midnight on the same channel.
Show starts between 0:00 and 1:00 o'clock.
It doesn't start every Wednesday at the same time.
In advanced record I can just enable record every time on this channel,-> but than I would get even the reruns.
When choosing record every week at this time MP will only record from 0:00 to 1:00.
But sometime CSI starts at 0:15 to 1:15 o'clock.

When looking into EPG the record dot is on the right show but MP just records straight from 0:00 to 1:00 o'clock.

It would be helpful if we can get an option like record every week in this timeslot.
This could be even done for record every day in this timeslot etc.

I'm in the need of something quite similiar

The time slot for me is a bit complicated but could solve my issue too but a "Record every time on this channel on this day" would be enough in my case. (not in yours since it's sometime beginning on the next day)

I'm in to this too. However my xmltv file contains info about if the show is a rerun or not so I would simply like a feature that records all episodes of a show on a channel excluding all reruns. Just my opinion...

I second this too. Great idea. Having exactly same problems with the recording possibilities as they are now.

Can't think no one else could be interested in such a feature...My harddisk gets fuller every day because of recordings of reruns.
This could be so great if i could say "record every time on this channel from 8-10 pm".
I have absolutely no idea if this would be hard to code...but maybe any dev could have a look at it?!?
