"Episodes management"

Hi there....
This is a follow up on a "problem" i had....

I´d like to see a more intuitive "Episodes management", if it can be done some how....
I discovered that even thoug i have used this feature before, i could not remember how to get it to work after just 1-2 weeks.....
- It seems to me that if i can´t remember to use the feature in just 1-2 weeks, then the feature is somehow too dificult.....

I was then asked if i had any sugestions as to solve this, and ofcource i didn´t at the time, but i have thought about it and here are some sugestions:

1.
If MP see in the EPG that the show you want to record is broadcasted more than once in the EPG, then automaticly MP could offer to record the show every week, every day, mon-fri, and so on, just as you can get it to do under Advanced recording.....

2.
If people have not "enabled" the episodes recording option under "advanced recording", then people could be asked about this if they push the "episodes management" button instead....

It seems pretty transparent to me. If you just want to quickly record a show use record, otherwise use advanced record and set up options such as episode management, record everytime on this channel etc.

EDIT: And as for suggestion 1), I think it would be really irritating to be asked about this for every recording of a show I make that appears more than once in the EPG (if I understand this correctly). This would add extra unecessary steps to the quick and simple record button that exists currently.

Just as it did for me, but i think that i can´t be the only one that have had problems figuring out how to use it.... - and that is even thoug i have used the option from time to time earlyer.....

Not that hard to do anyway, the option "record only once" could be the top one from the list of options, and then just an extra "OK" or "Enter" would be required to push...

But ok, i have thought of one more way to do this :wink: :
In the EPG page this option could be on "right-click" button, so there would be a "Advanced recording" from directly there....
