Expanded DVB FF cards support?

I've posted this before but this time as feature request.

Most users use a budget card so without a hardware decoder. Great for those who have fast machines but those who have slow processors in their silent mediabox need to use a full featured DVB card.

One card works fine but as soon when a second or third full featured card is added then the problems start.

These cards use a windows wdm driver which works fine but mediaportal can not use them simultaniously and even when you can bypass the onboard mpeg decoder then this is not an option..see section about the slow cpu.

Is it not possible to add multi tuner support for those full featured cards that have on-board mpeg decoders?

That means that mediaportal should link a certain tuner to each channel.
