"Media portal already running" message

Hi,

one small sucker:

Multiple instances of MP are not allowed (which is cool)
But the "Media Portal already running" popup should be removed!

I've mapped "run MP" to a remote key, so if I press it accidentaly,
the popup appears and I'm in "focus nirvana"

and need to connect
a keyboard to go on!

How about simply setting the focus on the single allowed & already
running MP instance?

That was the idea, but I don't have write access to CVS so I will have to wait until Frodo is back and ask him to put it in CVS.
