"Now Playing" and "Coming Next" OSD func

Hi, Sorry if this has been brought up before,

Much in the same pinciple as the u.s. sci-fi channel, is there a feature or pulgin that allows text to be shown for a brief time during the program to show to tell the user the title of the program they are watching, and also to notify them of what is being shown next?

May i also take this opportunity to thank all the developers working on media portal.

When you switch channels in fullscreen TV this information appears, so you should be able to find how to do this by looking at what that XML file is calling.

If you bring up the OSD it will show this exact information.

Thank you for the quick replies. I was looking more for an automatic osd text of this information, as oppossed to manually using the full osd interfaces that come with a skin. My knowledge of programming/scripting is very poor, but i will look into this function with the information you have given me.
