Default Possibility to have game sound but no key sounds

Lately a couple of games evolved. Some of them have game sound that are part of the fun.

But if you (like me) have unchecked the option for button sounds in configuration, you won´t get game sound, either.
So while the button sounds are annoying me, I miss the game sound.

I know I could alter the click sounds of every single action, but I am too lazy for that.

Would a possibility to turn the general sound off option to "on" when entering a game be possible (and to "off" again when leaving it)?

Some games have a sound on/off button, but it won´t work in case that you have turned off the general button sounds.
