Wake-up call

Hi,

Now I can leave my post and so my suggestion.

There are some software on the web that can bring to on the PC from stand by and perform one ore more action. It could be a good plus for media portal. For example you can decide a specific time for playng a playlist, or to turn on TV ecc and use it as a wake up call in the morning, or for not loosing your favorite TV programm.

There is the MyAlarm plugin built in to MP. I'm not sure if that will wake the PC up from standby though.

MP will wake up the PC from standby to record a TV show, so the main point is covered. I agree though, it would be nice for the Alarm plugin to wake the PC (just remember that it may already do this, I just don't use it).
