Summary:

Descrambling encoded DVB on playback rather than record.

Description:

This is just a suggestion regarding the new feature "Watch/Record multiple channels with a single dvb tv card"

Has it been considered descrambling on viewing rather than when recording a tv show. If shows are recorded scrambled you could in theory:

a) record every channel on the same transponder

b) record multible channels one same transponder as well as viewing live tv from one channel on the same transponder.

c) view a recording while recording multiple channels (on same transponder) on any transponder.

Yes but no card i know supports offline descrambling

For do ofline descrambling you must do it by software, or resending the signal to the tv card (i don't know if posible). Doing it by software it could create some legals problems.
