Simple (I think) channel features

I'd like to make the following suggestions to improve this program.

1) Remove the addition of "(1) or (2)" after a channel name. Example if 4 SPORT stations load, they are already differentiated by their channel number/SID, but use the same SPORT logo so I have to manually rename them each time.

2) Include an option as in MyTheatre which allows you to update your channels without changing the name. Important for NA where channel scans are set longer in order to pull in names. Subsequent scans could be much quicker, if just the name could be ignored, but all the other data related to the channel number/SID change.

3) Allow an option to have the SID=channel number. Right now I have to manually enter in a sql script to make this happen (and then I have to do some extra steps to sort by SID)
