Third Audio Option 'MIX' request.

Now that the stability and correct inclusion of the two available audio streams are present in both the Timeshifting and TS recording I would like to see the Audio selection option added to allow both Audio streams to be MIXED together .

In the UK and possibly other countries the second audio stream is used for 'Audio Description' that accompanies the program material/Film etc and is very helpful for those with sight problems.

The three options should be Stream A, Stream B and Stream A+B from the GUI window.

I know this request is code for the GUI more than the TV Server but the more pro-active coders with understanding of the TS file recording are probably in this part of the Forum.

A bump on this request as the code is having a major rework at the moment.
