What about a timeshift-quit-hotkey while i watch tv.

i think the stop-button ("b") should be a good ergonomic choice =)

Yes! I'm just a starter with mediaportal, but this is something I really miss.
If I understand correctly, we are looking for on-screen buttons to stop, rewind and fast-forward in full screen, so you can use your mouse for this. Just like in MCE.
I also really miss a slider-bar you can use to go to a specific location in your recording/ timeshifting mode. Just like in almost any other mediaplayer.
