Cannot download satellite / transponder list

TV-Server Version: RC 1.0
MediaPortal Version: RC 1.0
MediaPortal Skin:
Windows Version: Vista 64

Hi there,

i am new to this forum and currently have a little problem: My HTPC has no internet connection yet. Still i really want to be able to watch the 19,2° astra satellites. However, the ini file for these is missing. Where can i manually download it? Or how else can i get these files?

Just an addendum: It would also help me very much, if someone could just post the corresponding .ini files from the tvserver -> tuning folder...
