Default Cant install MP RC1

Hi
I have downloaded the installer of MP V1.0.0.0 RC1 from this web.

The steps I follow to install MP are:
1- Choose a folder to unzip.
2-english (there isnt spanish )
3-Start with the installation
4-No, I will not use MP for TV
5-Advanced installation ( I want to specify the path)
6- I set the path I want MP to be installed
7- In this window there are 3 things listed with color green: Very old MP/TV..., directx9c..., Microsoft visual c++....
8- When I press next, this screen appears :

9- I click on exit, but MP was not installed in my computer.

What is my fault???

TY

So there is no workaround for this? I am trying to upgrade as well and running into the same exact problems as the OP. Good thing I backed up the original installation...
