Can't install MP1 rc1 - error %1 is not a valid Win32program

Hi I have un-installed my previous MP - and wanted to instal the new MP1 rc 1, and then update to the new SVN.

But I can't install, I get this error in the Deploy-tool: %1 is not a valid Win32-program (translated from Danish).
