|  I've had this happen several times and fixed it by uninstalling any codecs (Add/Remove Programs) that I didn't need. I think both times it was caused by one or two codecs that were installed by the Gordian Knot codec pack. I think the configuration.exe does some sort of codec scan at startup and barfs if you have certain unusual codecs installed. Good luck! |
