From a very clean install (Starting from disk format) + MP 02.3.0 ( standard install) I can't add this FireDTV card with the configuration.exe tool

I test with XP+SP2 or with XP+ SP3, each of then with or without the last SVN and I get back always the same message: unable to create graph for this devise

My config was update, the log joined. Do you need some more infos?

Please try updating to 1.0.0 RC1 from MEDIAPORTAL - free MediaCenter HTPC Software - MediaPortal Downloads.

Many thanks for the very quick feed back.

I install SQL, MP server, MP client, I succeed to config all this stuff, to scan Astra, and run the client but......

the system crash after 2 or 3 minutes. If I restart MP (even after a boot) the Cam does'nt work any more.
I will be back to morrow with the the log and more details.

What cam are you using? also tell me the firedtv firm that you are using.., there is a tool at digital everywhere - FireDTV Support Tool

I use PowerCam - cas: Viacess,
firmware 071116_firedtv_firmware or 080415_firedtv_firmware (I tested the two)

The board works with the every-where software 071130-FireDTV-Setup-4-5-N

Same problem with 0.2.3 here.

0.2.3 = unable to create graph
1.0.0 RC1 = crash ( blue screen + reboot ) while scanning for channels.
I am not using a cam - FireDTV S2 using latest firmware and latest drivers

after installing recommended patches, I am using 1.0.0RC1 +SVN just fine, - I had no problems with (OS) crashes anymore.
I also installed latest Windows Media Player (bloatware) - I do not know if it helped, but I did.
