how add & connect "CC decoder" and "line 21 decoder 2" filters in live TV graph

1. I am a newbie and have been struggling to get media portal to work. I have been able to get my emuzed dual PCI tuner card to work (configuration lines in attached file "angel pci tuner.txt"), and free zap2it tv guide downloading. My latest struggle has been getting closed captioning to work. I am in the USA and get Comcast digital cable tv.

2. I figured out how to connect the directshow "CC decoder" and "line 21 decoder 2" filters in graphedit to produce closed captioning in a popup "Active Movie Window" (I have attached file "cc graphedit.jpg" showing the graphedit filter graph).

3. I was trying to connect these directshow filters in media portal using TV postprocessing. When I do a remote connect in graphedit while media portal live TV is on, the "line 21 decoder 2"is there but not connected (I have attached graphedit filter graph "remote connect graphedit.jpg"). When I try to edit the line 21 decoder 2 filter properties in MP configuration, it pops up "This filter has no property page". I was unable to find "CC decoder" directshow filter in the TV configuration postprocessing list. How could I add this to the list? It seems both of these filters are needed to make closed captioning work. I could not make it work with only the line 21 decoder 2 filter in graphedit.

4. My main question is how do I get the directshow filters "cc decoder" and "line 21 decoder 2" added and their pins connected in the appropriate fashion when I view live TV in mediaportal?

5. I have searched the MP forums, manual, FAQs and user guides for a while and have not been able to find anyone describe how to get filters added and their pins connected in MP TV post processing or otherwise.
