Quartz.dll too many bugs

before mediaportal starting up he mentions:
Your version of 6.5.2600.2180 of quartz.dll has too many bugs

I have mce 2005 and i did install roll up 2....what am i to do?

Hi peet1973

Did you also update to SP3 as this installs the wrong one back onto your system, might be worthwhile installing the one from here anyway.

Yes we know its stupid that M$ will allow you to update to a bad version of this quartz.dll

[I installed roll up 2 but not sp3.
i tried the dvb fix but i still get the same thing

I think you may be looking for the video flicker hotfix referred to in the wiki under requirements. Only seems to be needed for RC2 . RC2 has broken my TV so I am presently reverting. Hopefully this update was not the cause.

Upload Logs\Pictures etc, use the "Go Advanced" and select the + feature to upload\attach files.
