Default skins complaning about being out of date

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3.0
MediaPortal Skin: bluetwo wide
Windows Version: XP SP2
CPU Type: C2D e4500
HDD: 500gb WD AAKS
Memory: 2gb
Video Card: Gigabyte 2400pro PCI-E (passive)
Video Card Driver: Catalyst 7.12
Sound Card: Soundblaster X-FI (PCI-E)
HTPC Case: Dell Vostro 200
TV: Samsung 40" LE40R51B
TV - HTPC Connection: VGA

I've downloaded the latest ReVision (1.18.518) and extracted the zip file to the "skin" folder and then try and open it, i get an orange error message saying:

The currently selected skin is outdated
This will cause problems when using MP!
(Do NOT file bug reports using this skin)

[Ignore and try..]

If i delete the revision folder, the error doesnt come back. In MP config, under general/skins, it displays both bluetwo and revision as "0.2.3.0"

Go to 'C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Skin\Revision' and locate references.xml. Open it with notepad and make sure the version is what I have marked in red below.

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<controls>
    <skin>
        <width>1366</width>
        <height>768</height>
        <version>0.2.3.0</version>
    </skin>
    <control>

heres what i have:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<controls>
<skin>
<width>1366</width>
<height>768</height>
<version>0.2.3.0</version>
</skin>
<control>

i have now found out what was causing it, i had enabled a plugin called "tv episodes cleanup" --disabled it and lo and behold the error was gone!

If someone receive this error with MP 1.0.0.0 RC1 version, version number should be changed to 0.9.2.0

RC1 originally was 0.2.3.0, after the weather fix it was changed to 0.9.2.0, that is if it was installed in a svn update, with just a file change it will still be original.

Wait a little while if you feel uncomfortable editing xml files, i'm sure RC2 is not far away

I think you are using an old skin version with a newer MP version. Or maybe the other way around?

Yep, other way around. Fixed by updating to latest SVN.
