Unable to install MP without TVServer

I ran into trouble using singleseated install with TV-Server. So i uninstalled all the components and tried to install without TV-Server. Hm well, the setup finishes without installing anything. The screen telling me what to install only shows:
Very old MP/TV-Engine installation
DirectX 9c - March2008
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable

These three Applikations are installed. But whats about the rest? A Mediaportal would do a great deal.

I found a workaround on my own. When choosing 1-Click Installation, the installation works fine.
This probleme only seems to appear, when choosing Custom Installation.

After going back and choosing custom installation also custom installation works.
