Since installing RC4 I have the problem that when a song is finished - when the player is supposed to continue with the next track - it does not move on to the next track but just stops playing. If I try to skip the song, it just continues playing the current track until the end (and cannot be stopped) and then stops. In effect I can now only play one track at a time.

I use the Pureaudio plugin but get the same behavior with the default bass player. I already tried a complete re-install without success.

Logfiles are attached and they show a "System.NullReferenceException" error, maybe someone can make sense of it . Any help would be highly appreciated.

Last time I used playlist was on 0.2.x using it with "My Music Videos", after some version where "My Music Videos" were not included, did not worked anymore.
Now my wife wanted a playlist for chrismast songs, then I having still the same issue with this RC3 and RC4.

Now I can't play from the playlist... check this error from the logs.

If I copy that url and paste it on internet explorer, plays perfect, video and sound.

I read on other thread that somebody installed on a clean windows installation and worked.

If I use the insternal dshow player, does stop after playing one item from the list.

I'm using windows XP 32bits (all latest updates and SP), Biostar TF7050-M2, AMD athlon 64 X2 dual core 4000+, 3G of RAM, samsung LN52A750, nvidia decoders for audio an video thru HDMI.

Same problem here....

I Also made a logdump, maybe it's helpfull.

The log contains the following actions:
-Started a song
-Selected another song and tried to start it. The song did not start, however...The first song kept playing.
-Pressed STOP a couple of times. The first song did not stop

I know where, the error happens. unfortunately i can't see why.

is anyone of you willing to run a special debug version, which i could produce?

I gladly would use your debug version, since the problem is very annoying ;-)

please use the attached Core.dll (together with the debug fie) and replace the one in the Current RC4.

You will still get the null re, but i should see, what is happening this time.
please post your mediaportal.log. i would also like to see your mediaportal.xml.
