Yes, I tried exactly this, but it doesn´t work since a few days. A few days before with this view all my titles was listed (over 10000), but since a few days I become a list with only one title. I the album list all titles are listed but only in groups.

i asume you're using a SVN version. Right?
otherwise you wouldn't have posted in this thread.

get the next public build from tonight.
install it and delete your musicviews.xml in the mp root dir. It'll get recreated when you start MP or config.
then try again.

But now a new problem occurs: Some artists appear in the number of the tracks of the album - in detail these are Christina Stürmer and Rüdiger Hoffmann. I think it has something to do with the umlauts. But the one thing I don't understand is that this doesn't happen with Die Ärzte... I would have appended the logs but they don't contain further information.

well, this will not work anymore, since it needs to be adapted to the new structure.
Seems that development is stalled currently for the plugin.

post a screenshot please. i don't understand, what you mean.

I did like you wrote. I´m working wiht SVN 16122 now. I deleted my musicviews.xml and started MP new. But nothing changed. The same problem. Only one song is shown in the list. When i group the list before, thera are all song in the list.

Global search does not work anymore.

Any Idea?

could the updating of the database be perhaps be done at a very low CPU utility, say <5%. For me and perhaps others this updating can be done in the background, be now the updating takes up 100% cpu time and all the fans start blowing. I dont mind if the updating takes all day, as long as the cpu time is not to high

Okay, I tried yesterday's svn and the above mentioned problem is gone. But again a new one (or maybe it existed before and I didn't see it) occured: albums of Nelly Furtado are also shown for Nelly (see screenshot).
