Country: | Hi, I have a Hauppauge 500 (dual tuner card) in my box and am using the latest production version (not test version). Just set up this fantastic plugin and things for the most part work, except for a few issues: 1) Changing channels is off by 1. If I press "50" on my MCE Remote, then it goes to channel 51. If I press "22" on my MCE Remote, then it goes to channel 23. etc.. 2) On the MyTV Mode (non full screen), changing channels by pressing numbers doesn't work. 0 seems to be mapped to "channel return" but all other numbers are ignored. In both of the above, channel up and channel down work fine. Hoping someone might have some advice.. Thanks for reading, Ignac |

Country: | Have you tried changing this setting in Configuration - Television: Select channel by index (non-US) ?

Country: | Thanks for your reply! Yes.. sorry I didn't mention that... It was one of the first things i tried after researching the forums. Mine is checked (even though I'm in Canada). If i uncheck it, then things go totally screwy. eg: Trying to change to channel 20 takes me to channel 7 and most channel changes don't work. When i unchecked it, i tried the "remap channels" button along with "remove extended" button to avoid double keypresses and it still behaved screwy. So...it seems like i need it checked....but i have no idea why stuff is off by 1. Anything else obvious that I might be missing? Ignac |

Country: | I can't think of anything off the top of my head, I'll look into it some more, but it sounds like an issue with MediaPortal itself, or with your configuration. I can't imagine why the plugin would be causing it. Perhaps you could turn on Extended logging in the plugin and provide me with a log file, in which you have changed channels as you mentioned. Cheers,

Country: | Excellent, I think it must have been a problem in the channel setup in MediaPortal itself. Good to hear it's working now. Cheers,
