What is the correct way to test the imon?

I removed the Soundgraph drivers. After restart the IMon remote acts as mouse.
The IR Service config does not detect anything (without the Windows messaging).
I marked IMON.
The Debug client connects, but does not show any pressed key.
What should i try?

It depends on what type of Imon hardware you have. Apparently the newer hardware has a USB HID interface, Cybrmage is working on some code to use this kind of hardware at the moment. The current support in IR Server Suite is only for the other type of hardware (doesn't use a HID interface).

There is a new version of the Imon plugin attached to this post, if you copy it into the Program Files\IR Server Suite\IR Server Plugins folder you might be able to get something to work.

Anyways the new installer works great however there is another thing I noticed, probably Vista 64 related. When i hide the tray icon i'm not able to see translator when I click on the icon in the start menu. I do know that it is working because I do see the process running....

Hi,
i have an original mce, and when i wake up the pc from suspend, i can only use the direction buttons, and the ok button. All special keys ar not working anymore.
I treid the newest version (same problem with the "stable" one)

The code to unhide the tray icon uses the same method as the macro launching desktop shortcuts. So it's probably the same x64 issue there. Nothing serious, should be easy to fix. I'll send you something to try out in email if that's ok?

Yeah, it's a bit of an ongoing saga, but the thing you have to remember is how far it's come. It's still got some issue, for sure, but it's a process of constant evolution.

In the meantime you could help out Cybrmage with his work on the HID Imon devices here:
CybrDisplay External Status Plugin

His working on taking the Custom HID plugin from IR Server Suite and turning into a HID Imon plugin. I think it will probably only be about a week and we'll have some pretty good Imon Support in the IR Server Suite.

All I can tell you is that I'm still working on the Suspend/Resume problems. I will make another effort to get it sorted out before I release the final 1.4.2 version.

Try overwriting the contents of your Program Files\IR Server Suite\Translator folder with the contents of the attached ZIP file.

I think I've found the source of the problem ... it looks like a silly mistake in using an Integer where I should have used an Pointer.

Let me know if this solves those two issues for you.

Yeah no go. Should I uninstall and reinstall then overwrite?
