0.2.3.0 or RC1? - Page 2

I moved my videodatabase and thumbs folder over to the new MP release without any problems, as you with 200+ films did not want the hassle of reconfuring, worked fine for me with Vista32.

Okey, will attempt the same thing when I get home.
The configuration of MP it self, I think I can handle. I remember which that work and don't work, so it will probably go as smooth as a babys bottom ^^

Hi,

did copy the database for movies and music to rc1 and it worked.
had many recordings in my sql database, and with some brain power and reading i managed even to copy my existing recording data in the the new sql database. hope it will work

made a test recording and it was added at the end.

so far, i made it to rc1!

After moving from 0.2.3.0 to RC1, my weather (in USA) stopped working. I can still plug in the zip code in the setup page, but when in the application, I get an error every time. On XP SP3 or SP2 both (two separate machines). Anyone else have this problem?

Thats because the website changed the way info is scrapped, you need a svn from the last 2 weeks to fix and updated skin to take advantage of the 5 day forecast (all skins currently maintained have this in already).

In 0.2.3.0 a folder had as icon the 1st file's cover. With Rc1 it doesn't work.
Do you know a way to personalize a folder's icon?
