Add an IP TV Channel

Dear Friends,
I have started to build an IPTV Server using vlc, to transmitted TV channels over the LAN.
I would like your help in building a Plugging, so you and I could add a TV channels based on an IP address in the VLC fashion.

For example adding a channel like this: udp://239.12.12.12 means this channel gets is data from a multicast server.

Then you can fully integrated IPTV into the media portal with EPG, recording etc...

if someone can help with this it will be great

That would be amazing if this would be possible....I was maybe planning on doing something myself, but a lack of time always kills these plans...
