Question Any quick way to switch between MP and TV server?

Hi, I've got my TVEngine3 running pretty well. But I have a very stable MP running on the same machine. I've been testing TVEngine3 with a LAN client. e.g. I close MP and start the TVServer service then run up MP on my LAN client. After testing I go back to MP so my wife will be able to watch TV without any issues.

I want to install the TVServer client plug-in on the server PC but I want to be able to quickly switch back to my running MP config. Phase 2 testing if you like. Any way to do this? e.g. batch file or script or something.

This will effectively toggle between V3 and V2.. Each time you run the batch file it will switch to the 'other' way... If you wanted to you could add a few echo commands and a pause at the end so it will tell you if you're now in V3 or V2 mode..

I've attached it as a TXT file, rename it to a .bat file...

Cheers GagReflex! That's great! What about the instructions somewhere that tell you to delete all your TV cards in MP? Does that still apply?

Thanks agian,
Rhys

NO!... Dont delete anything from MP!..
the TV Server runs fine with all the 'old' TV card settings still in the config..
All you need to do is run the batch file and fire up MP
