ATI capture card work with Media Portan and closed caption?

Hi,

I do not know if I am sending this to the right topic if wrong I aplogize and where should I be? Thanks!

I have a ATI capture card and I was wondering if it works with media portan?

I am also wondering if Media Portal captures audio, video, and closed caption at the same time from cable tv that displays it? Thanks!
