| 1920*1080p on the Ati mobility is a huge pain and I think ATI has a huge bug in their drivers. For me adding a custom resolution (1912*1076) made everything magically disappear and resulted in a 1:1 pixelmapping of the same resolution (GPU-scaling and Centered timings = really small black borders) On Cat 8.2 it worked only in combination with 'just scan' and 50 Hz or 24 hz Refresh (which defaulted back to 60hz after a reboot and black borders with the just scan option enabled. I think 1080P60 has been broken on the Ati's for ages! (search AVS forums for it) Hope this helps Rooq |
