Best USB TV Product for MP?

Sorry, I am relatively new here, and new to this media program too. I want to invest in a USB2 TV Stick or other such device for Freeview (I'm a UKer!) channels and Digital Radio if possible, and after researching some, I have seen that some members here have been having bad experiences with some, so I would just like to see if anyone can recommend a great one for me. BTW, I would like to record a few movies and programs here and there but nothing really intensive. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I've seen that NOVA product had a few bad users on the board here, but I might just get it and hope, so thanks for the advice.
