Default Convert DVR-MS to MPEG

I understood that I could use MP to convert my files...as above. But when I go into the TV recordings/compress I cannot see my files - so therefore can't convert them.

Any idea why it can't see my files? Is it because I didn't use MP to record them?

They have to be in the folder you set up for recordings I think...

in Configuration, where you define your TV Card. Edit the card and there is a Tab saying recording, where you set the directory.

It's because they're not in the MediaPortal database.
You'll have to use the manual method.
See my how-to (which got stolen by everyone else) in the Tips & Tricks section of the Forum.

Can you post me a link? I can find lots of things in your name, but not that one.
