Media Portal finally stable !! (i hope)

Just wanted to let you know that Media Portal (TVE 0.3) finally seems rather stable for me.

I've had random crasches, couldn't switch channels more then 4-5 times. Screen goes black, sound continues even if i didn't switch channels, that usually happened after an hour or so.. I've tried to switch of EVR, TS-filter. Switched codec's. Ran it on one core. Nothing seemed to work.

Anyway, been on a small businesstrip (Bea World, perhaps some people here was there too ?) to Barcelona this week, got back and downloaded the svn's from yesterday, switched to the DirectShowHelper.dll from the evr thread and it's been running flawlessly since yesterday. I didn't switch it off on the night either.

So whatever you (=MP crew) did in the last week or so

I might add that i'll leave it one for now, will be interesting to see how long it'll run without problems.

Same here... I used to be unable to get 3 channels, and recording was never stable.
But now it is! ive been running for 2 days now GREAT!

Do you use TSReader?

Have you tried scheduling recordings though? Tvserver doesn't know when to stop recording and you get 15gig files! This has happened to a few of us... I'm going back to plain old mediaportal.

Yep. But i might add that it's not exactly superstable yet. I've recently got one of those "picture freezed but sound continues" problems.
