Country: | When did the MSN messenger plugin come about for MP, could be a case of prior art in which case MS's patent is bogus legally not just bogus. Used to be that a patent had to encompass a concept that was not obvious to an expert in the area, nowadays seems you can patent just about anything as proven by MS! |
