Microsoft Remote Control doesn't work on MP

Hi
I installed MP on Windows Vista,
But the Microsoft Remote control doesn't work even though i configured it in the configuration .
I mean only a few buttons work...
Why is that ?

I have this same problem. the direction arrows do not work, nor does OK. However, it wont work at all now

Does a keyboards up\down work, if so uninstall ehome receiver under device manager, unplug receiver, reboot and then plug back in, should reinstall itself.

If changing batteries, leave them out for 20 minutes prior to fitting new.
