Default Recording multiple movies with ONE TV card at the same time!

Is this possible? Do not say NO to early..

As far as I know, DVB broadcasts several channels on one transponder. So when you are tuned to on transponder you get multiple streams.

The tuner (or maybe even the driver) filters out the stream you want to watch..

On Dbox2 there was a software to record/stream to a PC, it allowed to record multiple shows when they were on the same transponder..
I wonder if this could work in MP also?!

I believe thats what was in the works with the TS engine, that can record whole frequencies. Still a while off though, as I havent heard much lately about it.

Either way your lucky if your dvb is setup that way, over here its 1 channel per frequency.

Honestly: I am really lucky that DVB-C with encrypted channels do work for me now here in Germany.. No real need to have multiple ones..
