Upgrade from 0.2.2.0 to 0.2.3.0

What's the best way to go from 0.2.2.0 to 0.2.3.0?
Is it possible to upgrade, without redoing the whole configuration? Can I use all databases [especially MyMovies] from 0.2.2.0 in 0.2.3.0?

Configuring 0.2.2.0 took me about 3 full days... I hope I won't have to do this again for 0.2.3.0

you can copy your MP directory to a backup location, then just run the install of .2.3 over the top (that's what i'm just about to do)....

If everything is good...i'll do a format and clean install as i had problems with the tv database after my last upgrade.

my media centre pc needs a format as i have had is running pretty much constantly since 0.2.2 came out. i dont tend to use the daily builds.

Great success!

First I backup'd my 0.2.2.0 installation folder. Then I uninstalled 0.2.2.0, and I immediately installed 0.2.3.0 in the same folder.
Conclusion: the old configuration & all database are now used in 0.2.3.0
It took me about 15 minutes to upgrade! Most of the time went in configuring MyTvSeries, because I upgraded this from 9.5 to version 1.2.9 and I ran into some [solved] difficulties with the banners.

And about MP 0.2.3.0: sweeeeet
