Upgrade MP

Hi,

Its been a while since i installed MP and i was thinking about upgrading it to the newest version. My problem is that it took me a while to install it with all my setting, channels, remote control and so on.

If i install a new version, will these settings be lost or can i take a backup of the settings?

Channels can be exported and imported from the configuration programm (depends on your original version. I think since 0.1.3.0). The other settings will probably have changed it's place & meaning. Your remote settings depend on the model of the remote I believe.

i suggest a clean start.

maybe more work at the beginning, but using old files could cause you much headakes afterwards.
