Question use DVB-T card in HTPC & TV-server whit DVB-S card

Hi i have bin reading about the TV server and have a question

this is what i want to set it up just one now if i am correct

[HTPC]
Dual DVB-T
DVD

[Server]
MCE 500 cable
Sky Star 2
A Micronas PCIe DVB-S2 based card when it comes out
File server

Because i use a server Bord in the server i only have one PCIe slot and wane use that one when the Micronas DVB-S2 comes out

Ok here is the question whits is correct ?

If i want to use the DVB-T card in the HTPC (think its 1 but just asking to be sure)
1 I have to install on the HTPC a second TV-server (slave), and on the server the TV-server master
2 TV-server on the server and just use the client to control the DVB-T card

And MP is starting to look real good, its starting to get even better then XBMC
