Weather Overlay vs Weather

I've been trying out the new weather overlay feature, but for some reason it keeps showing different information than the main weather screen. They both show the same zip code (77379), but for instance right now the weather overlay shows the temp as 11C while the weather screen shows 16C. Weather overlay shows conditions to be Clear, while the weather screen shows Fair. What gives?? Anyone else see this? I can't imagine why these two should not show the exact same information?

Btw, I am using svn--03-02-2007--20-10-Rev13198

Maybe one shows current weather the other todays or some forecast values?
