Default Weather problem

As of today the weather forecast in MP started returning the following error (for any city):
"Bad or missing query parameters in request."

This happens on both my RC1 installs and seems to be related to the forumthread on this link:
Weather Modules GONE MAD!? - Chat About It! - DotNetNuke

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Mercbac,

I can confirm exactly the same issue as you have experienced.

Yeah, lots of apps are struggling from a change in weather.com's API - see e.g. here

MP did only need a small fix - for your reference:
0001305: Weather plugin does no longer work due to an API update at weather.com - MediaPortal Bugtracker
So it will work again with next SVN.

Unfortunately this fix doesn't work for v0.2.3.0, got "Invalid WindowPlugins.dll" message
Is there any chance to make it work again in v0.2.3.0?
thanks
