Since updating the BIOS and the audio driver two weeks ago, I have not experienced the above problem again.

I updated the BIOS and installed the Realtek Audio driver (was Microsoft) and so far, hasn't happened again, so I may have solved the problem

Occasionally if I pause Live TV then resume it later, the video keeps playing but the audio is stuck in a half second loop. As of yet I haven't been able to work out what causes it. The only thing I can do is press Stop and lose all the paused TV. I'm running on Windows 11 with a 12th gen Core...

I think I've solved the remote button issue, there was an unknown driver in Device Manager which I discovered was the Serial IO GPIO driver. Installing that appears to have solved the remote problem. Who knew? Thanks to all who contributed to my solution.
